MetaSphere Voicemail delivers all the capabilities of
a traditional hosted voice messaging system - and more. Full integration with CommPortal™
web-based graphical user interface (GUI) adds an exciting visual element that goes beyond traditional
voicemail systems. This enables MetaSphere Voicemail users an unprecedented degree of flexibility when
administering their personal and group mailboxes. From any standard web client, users are able to
- view / delete voicemails (visual voicemail)
- create / edit contact and group lists
- edit settings (including recording of greetings)
- use the MetaSphere GUI to set / administer reminders (including the recording of reminder messages).
Built by our world-class engineering team from the ground
up as a true next-generation solution, IP-based MetaSphere Voicemail is pre-integrated
with MetaSwitch's Class 4/5 Softswitch via SIP, yet also supports SMDI, enabling
the replacement of legacy voicemail systems.
